rhizae is currently accepting a limited number of focused pilot projects. Potential partners have a defined research, reporting, data, or evidence-communication problem and are open to developing the response collaboratively.

Who the practice is designed to support

• Public-interest teams that need clearer research or technical communication
• Small programs assessing whether their measures support learning

What we decline

The practice does not accept work whose conclusion is fixed in advance or that requires collecting more about people than the question needs. rhizae also does not currently lead high-stakes causal evaluations, legal or regulatory advice, large-scale governance transformations, or specialist statistical work beyond its demonstrated capacity.

How engagements are shaped

Each pilot has a defined scope, transparent methods, documented limitations, and clear ownership of the resulting work. Scope is set around a decision rather than a deliverable, as described in Approach.
